Benjamin Moore awarded highest ranks in J.D. POWER paint satisfaction study
The J.D. Power 2018 Paint Satisfaction Study measures customer satisfaction across the consumer market for interior and exterior paint and stain.
In the interior paint, exterior paint and exterior stain segments, satisfaction is measured across six factors: application; durability; in-store color displays and printed materials; price; product offerings; and warranty/guarantee. In the paint retailer segment, satisfaction is measured across five factors: merchandise; price; sales and promotions; staff and service; and store facility.
Here are the highlights:
• Benjamin Moore scored highest (828 on a 1,000-point scale) in customer satisfaction among exterior stains, performing particularly well in the durability, offerings, price, and warranty/guarantee factors.
• Benjamin Moore also scored highest (823 on a 1,000-point scale) in customer satisfaction among interior brands, excelling in the application, durability, product offerings, and warranty/guarantee factors.
• Benjamin Moore Retailers ranked the highest (859 on a 1,000-point scale) in customer satisfaction among paint retailers;, receiving top marks for the staff and service, merchandise, and store facility factors.
